Over the past decade, I’ve worked across nonprofit leadership, higher education, and consulting, guiding teams through seasons of change, leading strategic planning and communications efforts, and helping people find the words to express their purpose.

My work is rooted in clarity, care, and culture. Whether I’m building a communications plan, designing a team retreat, or coaching someone through their next chapter, I lead with the same question: What story are we telling, and is it true to who we are becoming?
